Elizabeth Bell, CMT, CYI

Elizabeth is co-founder of the White Oak Center for Natural Health. She is a Certified Massage Therapist and a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor.  She employs a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to meet the individual needs and objectives of each client. In addition, Elizabeth is a Natural Health Educator having a passion to live and help others live a healthy, natural and joyful life. 

Brian Trautz, DC, CH, CI

Dr. Trautz is co-founder of the White Oak Center for Natural Health. He is a Chiropractic Physician, who has practiced the sci­ence, art and philosophy of Natural Health in the Sparta area for more than 20 years. Dr. Trautz is a Certified Hypnotist & a Certified Instructor of Hypnosis integrating Hypnosis into Natural Health practices. In addition, he is a certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor. Dr. Trautz is a Natural Health Educator having a passion to live and help others live a healthy, natural and joyful life.

Located at 33 Woodport Road in beautiful Sparta, NJ the White Oak Center for Natural Health is an  alternative health center with the focus on self-reliance.
